Its got a lot of credibility for me as the move from the Nov 26 low into yesterday's high is distinctly 3 waves in most indices. I also noticed the exceptionally high TRIN today. Seems like there was muchos selling today for a 13 point move in the SPX. The way QQQ max pain is moving (27 and rising), it will be a miracle to get down anytime soon.
