Last time I checked, Falwell isn't inciting his followers to fly planes into skyscrapers. Or detonate explosive hidden in their shoes. Or fire anti-aircraft missiles at planes taking off. Or bomb embassies. Nor is Falwell doing anything that indirectly hints at such extremist action.

If you find Falwell's comments distasteful and inappropriate, fine. Just say so. No need to associate him or anyone else you find distasteful with terrorists. That would be rather "intolerant" of you, which is ironic considering how liberals are supposedly the champions of "tolerance."


Frankly, if you are defending Falwell, that's pretty sad. The evil that is Falwell and OBL comes from the same place. However, they choose to act out their evilness differently. If you think that makes Falwell better, think again.
