A judge would have to be fair minded and not willing to bend the law to his/her will. Tim is hardly that person.

I disagree. I find Tim to be one of only a few persons on this thread who seems pretty reasonable at all times. As to fairness, surely you'll remember that he hasn't hesitated to take issue with either you or me when he thinks we're "out there".
