Not so, there are actually limits to what can be known.

The limits only apply here. We cannot ultimately use nature to prove nature, as Godel has shown us. So the limitation you've mentioned here applies only to nature, which happens to be the highly limited realm of the truncated thinking better known as modern science. It is for this reason why I cannot respect modern science overmuch.
