I don't see why you need to draw a distinction. Yes, violence was encouraged in the Old Testament at times. It was done to carry out God's judgement on those who rebel against Him. And in fact, Jesus doesn't denounce that violence. Instead, he rightly points out that the same violence is deserved by everyone, not just the recipients of judgement (or the victims of violence, if you will). "Cast the first stone" is a popular quote, but there is also "There is no difference, for ALL have fallen short of the glory of God."

I still have not seen an example of Christ ever suggesting that one person should kill another. Nor do I see any example of a fallacious statement that I've made, despite your insistence that it is me who is wrong.
