Hi Frank! I couldn't resist...

As you may know, I left my IR position at KRT the end of May and am now with Baron Gold Corp. (and things are going well!)

I feel as strongly as ever about the FALC potential for success, in spite of the challenges the company has gone through. I look froward to seeing the good results everyone is expecting.

I have had discussions with a few people in the same situation as you, having trouble getting money back from Excell that was supposed to go into the KRT financing and didn't complete. I saw documentation from Gary saying that the funds would be returned once they liquidated enough stock to do so. The problem with that is...WHY DO THEY HAVE TO LIQUIDATE STOCK? The money didn't buy the stock it was earmarked to, so what stock did it buy that has to be liquidated? And who authorized them to buy another stock?

There are so many obvious abuses from them that investors are experiencing. Investing in spec stock is risky enough, you don't need this treatment.

I hope you can get it resolved soon.

All the best.
