Even if government knew that smallpox was of little threat, the public demand would have resulted in government buying the antidotes. Given that fact, whether or not the government is in possession of secret knowledge is immaterial. The smallpox inoculations is of no use in proving Iraq has WMDs.

Hey, if you want to use your logic to make a prediction about smallpox, go ahead. If your prediction involves something that is easily identifiable as happening on or before a particular day, I will make a note of your post and remind you of it on the appropriate date. My prediction is that the smallpox inoculations don't get used. Do you want to predict that they will be used before, say, April 2003?
