When to Recommit Cash: I'll be waiting for my leading indicators to turn up, and my contrarian indicators to go from overbought to oversold, or at least neutral. The Fear Factor (3-5wk lead) may be bottoming, but hasn't showed signs of turning up yet. I'll be looking for an excuse to recommit at least some of my cash just before XMas, because there's still a positive seasonal bias from about 12/22 to 1/7, even if it's not as strong as it once was. So far, so good.
