Traitors

The rankings assigned in the link I provided were assigned by international journalists and may not reflect the practices common to United States history, court practices or customs, being a Canadian I can appreciate this.
As you noted, I never mentioned dictatorships, you did. I was specifically discussing freedom of the press, an idea that the Americans do not have a monopoly on, and may not be very good at, if you believe the press.

I was discussing freedom of speech, I introduced the freedom of the press to indicate that Canadians are willing to limit free speech, the limitations placed on free speech do not affect the perception of our government in the eyes of international journalists in regards to freedom of the press. The poor showing by the United States has reasons, as indicated in your post. Your unparalleled generosity in offering to share your foodstuffs is noted but no thanks.
