Target of Gaza attack identified as mastermind of mine attacks on Israeli tanks (UPDATE) The Jerusalem Post Internet Staff Dec. 4, 2002 Israeli radio stations identified the target of today's missile strikes on Gaza City as Mustafa Sabah, 35, the mastermind of a number of mine attacks on Israeli Merkava tanks in Gaza. Sabah, a leading figure on Israel's most wanted list, was killed in a missile attack by Israeli helicopters this afternoon on a Palestinian Authority office building in Gaza City, the reports said. Five other people were wounded in the attack.
