This isn't up to the standard of the debate between Patton and Perl. But I think the best things posted here the last few days regarding US/Europe difference was the pairing of the two articles from Policy Review.

I wonder if it makes sense to have some bookmarks device for the thread to find special postings. For instance, I particularly like the same one you like, jcky's pairing of the Policy Review pieces and I also like the Patten-Perle debate. I'm certain that, if we think about it there are many others.

My problem is that when I point a friend to the thread, it's often these postings I would like for them to read. But it's terribly difficult to find them.

Up to this point, we've sort of relied on very sparse suggestions to Ken that he put them in the thread header. But to do justice to the list, it would make the thread header too long.

Does anyone else have the same concern? If so, is there some way to address it? Ken?
