What's particularly ironic about this remark is that Mexico is in fact suffering from many decades of Communist one party rule -- that "ultimate stage of democracy" which is supposed to cure all the ills of leaving things to the market... Dennis, I'm not aware of a "Communist one party rule" in Mexico. Could you help me? I do know about a one party rule from the time of the revolution. Is that what you have in mind?
