Rick has been more than generous over the years posting his picks, trades and insights. He owes none of us any obligation to post the details of every trade he makes, particularly as he is often involved with low-volume small cap stocks.

I post a fair number of my buys the same day I make them. My sells tend to be more tax-driven or just rebalancing by taking something off the table.

If the SI search feature worked the way it used to I'd be able to find posts I made discussing the Natrecor market size and where I thought the stock was headed. I don't personally have "targets" when I buy (other than "higher" <g>), because I tend to hold for lengthy periods and what I thought when I first bought a stock is not relevant to a much later decision about when to exit, when both the overall market and fundamentals of the stock have changed.
