Yes, you are correct. Postings dried up period, after the crash. Shorts here want to pretend they made a great call here, and it simply isn't so for the reason you identified. In fact Pluvia did not anticipate this crash, as he took the time to post here a recommendation to buy telecommunications stocks right before they took their turn to fall.

As for memories, one COULD cull posts where-in the notion that S-CDMA would ever become a part of the DOCSIS 2.O was labeled ludicrous, and anyone believing it stupid and ignorant. IMO, Pluvia stepped into deeper waters here and drowned. In fact, the guts of Pluvia's short report involved not only the lie I've so often prosecuted concerning the DOCSIS products TERN was already selling(despite his certainly illegal declaration to the contrary in his report), but also the above mentioned and now plainly misguided certainty concerning S-CDMA appearing in DOCSIS. 2+ years after the suit was filed against Terayon, we've heard nothing here concerning the outcome. I wonder where that stands?

There is little for shorts to brag about here save price, and though there is no record of a single short seller holding his/her position to profit from the last at least 60-80 points of this fall, price is exactly and ONLY what they come here to crow about. But you've pegged the truth, and it has little or nothing to do with the issues shorts and those with interests in CMTO for instance(boy now, THERE is a quiet thread), raised here.
