I don't know how to interpret this news. They said they will meet it excluding the charges and the market sends it reeling up. However, charges is a part of life that will suck up the earnings (any one knows how much?) and I find it diffcult to convince myself that this is good news for the company. Any one else wants to explain this one and its impact for near and long term future?
