As I have pointed out before, the pervasive opinion is that ALL Arabs are sneaky, dishonest, evil and all the negative things one can think of. This is not a recent phenomenon. Remember there was a writer whose only claim to fame was his words, "Be anything but an Arab."

It is futile to argue with folks who are convinced or who enjoy thinking that Arabs will always be a bunch of "nogoodniks" no matter how hard they try to be "good". As I have said many times before, a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still. To be sure, 9/11 reinforced forever the notion that ALL Arabs are bad, very bad and that they are completely beyond any help.

One thing you might want to try is to join in the rah-rah chorus of, say, "Down with Islam", "Slaughter the Muslims", "A good Muslim is a dead Muslim", "Support Israel" and "Israel Forever." If you were to do that you will be amazed at the ecstatic response of the anti-Islam crowd. You will be told you are thinking right, you are sane and rational and a winner through and through. They will declare a miracle has occurred.

Since you are naturally sweet-mellifluous, you will be convincing!

When I came on to this thread a short while back, I noticed there were just a handful of posters daily indulging in anti-Muslim rhetoric as if there's no tomorrow. Yea, the same small coterie of posters who echoed each other's sentiments. This is in stark contrast to the Gold Price Monitor thread where far more folks post and the opinions expressed are diverse and varied. You should visit that thread to see what I mean.
