No
or
Freedoms...

The United States has a free press, many countries do. Those same journalists ranked Israel 92nd, Palestine was ranked 82nd. Those press rankings reflect many different press pressures. I believe that the American press is a central and strong backbone of this medium. Other countries and news agencies contribute a portion to the flow, but sustenance will always be the American feeds, and I think it will always be that way. When the power of Freedom of the Press is invoked, there isn't a single Canadian who would expect the CBC to show up.

Canada has laws against "inciting hatred against an identifiable group", this type of law allows the Canadian government to effectively curtail free speech. The law is quite specific and has been tested, Jim Keegstra, an Alberta schoolteacher, was teaching his classes an anti-zionist view of history. Keegstra was convicted of violating Canada's anti-hate law.
