Hi, all -

I got back from the San Diego Comic-Con a couple of days ago, and just finished catching up with the thread. Pretty interesting times we live in.

I agree that the lawsuit is probably a waste of paper and time, but it is a PR black eye that Iomega doesn't need right now. I'm sure that Herb Greenberg and others who are already negative about IOM will jump right on it with big "I told you so's."

I was very pleased with the earnings report. Unlike some, I do not expect Iomega to have the luxury of operating a business without any problems. That they can continue to grow earnings while dealing with the problems bodes well for the future, I believe. Nonetheless owning IOM continues to teach me to be patient.

A tie ratio which is flat from the level of Q1 (which was up from the previous quarter) is just fine with me.

Would have liked to see notebook Zips in Q3, but you can't have everything.

PS, in case anyone cares, I attended the Comic-Con only because my wife was a featured guest. They paid our way out to the coast and put us up in style while we were there. A very strange event, the Con. Many people dressed up in costumes. Lots of Klingons. I saw a Klingon warrior pushing a baby carriage.
