<anyone who thinks those Eastern European countries are necessarily "better" than China has another thing coming> I don't there is any comparison whatsoever between China and modern Romania as far as country and property risk go. Romania has a new mining law modelled after Canada, just was admitted to NATO, and has a good shot at EU membership. Further, they recognize Rosia Montana as the best mining district in Europe key to developing a very depressed area of the country. Now if you want to debate the merits of China for foreign investors, I'll jump into that one, anytime, anyplace?
