Yep. that is what I am talking about. Mine was a '67 cruiser, Dad had a '62, think it was first year imported to US. Anyway when I was a kid, these guys were stuffing big engines in jeeps and toyotas left, right and center.

I have pictures of a full blown 427 stuffed inside a jeep around 1965......running in sand no less. Blower lasted about 20 minutes<g>

Ah, the good ole days! Sounds like a nice ride you got. I come your way, I'll go....
