KB, You may very well be right, infact, in hindight, you are, however this is my spin. EP didn't retest the low of $6.40 from yesterday and some buyers did show up today. stockcharts.com[h,a]iaclyiay[pb10!b50!b200!f][vc60][iut!Ub14!Lh14,3!Lf]&pref=G I like EP's position as a NG producer and pipeline company with lots of valuable assets but hate the debt. EP is also a "headline" stock with much of the bad news already out. What happens if they settle with California and they might. The FERC by delaying a judgement until March seems to be hinting at wanting both sides to settle their differences. Consider me a ST contrarion indicator. As you say, I'm gambling with money I can afford to lose.
