So this prayer is recited in schools etc? What happens if someone refuses to take part?

(I am asking this because you suggested in an earlier post that religious practices are not enforced except for the lord's prayer)

in Saudi Arabia you will follow their religious laws or face penalties. That is not the case in the west..well except for things like the lords prayer in schools and other places
