If he is, as you incorrectly say, he has really shown his incompetence. If Arafat has really been working hard towards developing a democracy, then his failure to achieve, even the first step towards democratic reform, just shows how inept he really is.
Arafat is a worthless, ignorant, untrained thug, who couldn't run a KoolAid stand. He is not qualified for any real work. He would be considered a worthless, untalented clown, if he didn't have so much blood on his hands, from the murders of innocent Arabs and Jews.
