This flys in the face of US history. Problem with US policy is that we are so strong and are able to wage war without casualties removes checks and balances. I worry about this. But the war on terror must be won for all our sakes. Saddam can be the catalyst for catastrophe down the road. I would urge you to engage Fred on this. He agrees with on most issues and is strongly anti-bush but he supports the current policy. mike
