I don't see negative sentiment in penny stocks considering how most of them aren't really worth anything anyway (not even pennies) and yet many have managed to rally anywhere from 200 to 800% in the last 7 or 8 weeks. Hardly what I'd call negative sentiment, but instead quite indicative of massive amounts of speculative money still out there chasing this trash.........
