Dear JF: You are STILL NOT GETTING IT!! Its the MODIS OPERANDI!! There are MANY nations INCLUDING USA with weapons of mass destruction. HOWEVER, only a FEW have not only the weapons BUT THE DESIRE to utilize these weapons through the use of TERRORISTS denying the attacked country the opportunity to attack back the NATIONAL attacker. Russia will never openly attack USA cause they fear our revenge. Same goes for all the others except those very few SUCH AS IRAQ, possibly Iran and possibly Libya IF they had such weapons. I would tell you if Iraq SUDDENLY kicked out Saddam, put in a leader we felt was SANE we most likely would not push this issue further. Why is it you are upset that Bush is doing everything he can think of to provide some measure of safety to USA? jdn
