I don't doubt that an invasion will set forth a chain of events which could be extremely frightful. I also don't doubt that under Clinton's watch (lack of), we were so slack as a country (Clinton was certainly not slack personally much of the time -- at least not while working at his desk) that he and his policies must take a major amount of the blame for the dilemma the country now faces.
