Three,

The amount of shares they are selling are TINY!!!

Here is the story:

DELL COMPUTER VICE PRESIDENT FILES FORM 144, TO SELL SHARES

WASHINGTON, DC, Jul. 23, 1997 (States) -- Douglas B. MacGregor, vice president of Dell Computer Corp. of Round Rock, Texas, reported the proposed sale of 6,291 shares on June 18, 1997, for $743,360 through Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Dell Computer has 167,471,650 shares outstanding; they trade OTC.

DELL COMPUTER PRESIDENT FILES FORM 144, TO SELL SHARES

WASHINGTON, DC, Jul. 23, 1997 (States) -- Phil Kelly, president of
Asia Group of Dell Computer Corp. of Round Rock, Texas, reported the proposed sale of 5,486 share on June 25, 1997, for $658,320 through Prudential Securities.

I really wish that people who make statements like: Dell president sells shares! would give out ALL OF THE FACTS, instead of needlessly putting panic into shareholders.
