Scott, Scott, Scott : The answer to the housing bubble is so simple- its all in the math. We open the borders to those 30 million Mexicans who try to cross each day. They will work for $6/hr . They have shown they are willing to live 20 to a garage,or 20 to a small house in Calif for the opportunity to live here. So say you have a 3500 square foot house costing $350K. Rent it to 20 Immigrants at $150/ mo which provides $3000/ month income - a surplus over the mortgage payments. Now you buy a camper or mobile home take early retirement and travel.
