Liquid Audio Declares $2.50 Per Share Cash Distribution
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Liquid Audio, Inc. (Nasdaq:LQID) today announced that its board of directors has unanimously approved a cash distribution to its common stockholders in the amount of $2.50 per share, payable on December 20, 2002 to stockholders of record as of Tuesday, December 10, 2002.

The company's board also approved pursuing a dissolution while exploring dispositions of its remaining assets. Liquid Audio will continue to operate while the board reviews any and all alternatives for maximizing stockholder value.
