No doubt you could, with a little searching find more of these kinds of student posts. If it's true, the student should talk to the department chair or to the dean. If it's simply made up, then it should be ignored. The most likely thing is that it's partially true (the student picked up on the faculty member's political convictions in a gross way), that the course was a reasonable intro course that did the things the student said it did not, but that the student either developed a personal distaste for the faculty member or did poorly in the course or is on some sort of political mission. Who knows which of these is true from this.
