KT, eliminating the double taxation on dividends is a great idea in principal. But those who think that this measure will help the stock market (not saying Hank is among them) may be in for a rude surprise when it turns out most companies don't have any surplus cash flows to actually pay them. <g>

Seems to me this idea, if implemented, could help tank the markets by exposing the extent of the accounting bs that the whole house of cards is built on ...
