check this site out and vote in the poll

thejacksonchannel.com

over 90% of over 10,000 people have said the judgement was either fair or "not severe enough" (the majority)

i don't think there is a lot of sympathy out there for ryder.

and you can count me among them unless she changes. i actually was able to watch her reaction during the victim statement...she smiled and smirked when the SAKS rep explained how the store clerks and security people had been maligned and investigated without due cause.

her lawyer is an asshole.

and her parents or others who truly care for her would do well by her to encourage her to really seek some kind of professional help.

i didn't see anything controversial in the decision at all.

she stole over $5000 in merchandise and she won't do jail time.

wonder how many 3rd rate burglars can say that?

i re-iterate...the only reason this became a "cause celeb" is because her attorney decided that was the way to go.....

who's to blame for that?
