re mkt predictions it's interesting to me that people always seem tend toward extremes of huge new market selloffs or massive updrafts in the market just ahead. I guess my vote would be for boring market stagnation within a range for a while.

here in the northeast the commercial vacany rates are way up from a yr or two ago. Many of the big co's in the suburban office parks are trying to sublet space they no longer need. I don't see commercial RE sector picking up for a while at least in this neck of the woods.
