Okay, so you are saying that Qualcomm having a deal with the Chinese regarding companies using exclusively Q's chips or having to pay a higher royalty rate is where a violation of ITU agreements would lie? Who's in what pond and how big the ponds will be is why I'm hedging my bets. You know. I don't.
