Cheap oil and interest rates could spark a new bull. But we are still in the middle of a pretty screwed up international mess -- both war and. terrorist related. That is weighing heavily on prospects. If we can seize Iraqi oil fields without sparking a huge international backlash, then we are off to the races. Unfortunately, the Bush Administration has had some very weak links. Two of them just got dumped (the Bush economic team). Perhaps Bush can get rid of Cheney after the war -- you know, leaving for "personal" or "health" reasons.
