Nope. We're never on board with killing and maiming. Smart bombs are not all that smart. Collateral damage is only okay when it isn't YOU that is collateral. I'm sure the 911 terrorists consider the people of the WTC just a necessary evil in their goals. How is that different than us saying bombing an Afghani wedding party is "regrettable"? It isn't.
