While reading the 1997 annual report, I became interested in their ink jet line. I wonder if anyone on the thread has an understanding of how the ink jet product works and why it requires MEMS technology?

Other aspects of the company are very interesting: their focus on I/O (INTEL will introduce a new architecture called I2O) and MEMS seem especially promising.
