No opinion. I just started following the stock. I presume that the purpose would be to allow more stock acquisitions in the future, which I would oppose. The reason that I got into this stock is that it reminds me of another holding, DIIG. DIIG made some stock acquisitions, and not unexpectedly the stock price fell. Later they improved efficiency, profits rose, and now look at the stock. If these guys quit doing acquisitions and concentrate on running the business, hopefully the same thing will happen. Otherwise the stock will just keep going down.
