Do some reading up on CSX. They used to own Sealand Service, which at the time was one of the largest steamship companies in the world (since sold to A.P. Moller / Maersk).

CSX still has service to some areas like Puerto Rico.

I believe CSX also still owns Asia Terminals, a huge international container terminal in Hong Kong.

He knows global trade, he knows commodities (fuel, coal, lumber, oil, ore, etc), he knows currencies, and he knows business (his customers are the largest corporations in the world).

In his business, you have to understand all business. It's a great choice.
