After my analysis I am still quite happy. The .04 estimate was on fewer shares. The company has 3 solid quarters that indicate PHASE 1 SURVIVAL has been accomplished. Research and development spending is good, new talent is being recruited, core products are strong and not in the way of Microsoft's product line, QEMM97 is selling well, ProComm Plus 32 is out and should do well, Rapid Remote should bulid market share, CleanSweep is due for an upgrade, PCTuneUP will help earnings, StarNine is doing interesting things, the promise of new releases from CEO Hessler today is public record. While net revenues showed no major increase, the comapny has proved it is not going chapter 11. Everything is in place for a good third and fourth quarter which is what I have been saying. So, while not an immediate blow out quarter superficially, the company should enter an upward spiral where it commands a higher PE. That is my read, we shall see what the street thinks. It absorbed late selling today and closed well.
