I believe USF will focus on growth internally as well as by acquisition. Their ability to successfully consolidate internally will be the key to its success but I don't believe it's time to put on the brakes as of yet. Read the 1997 annual report regarding the internal growth of two of the most recent acquisitions (WTS & Wheelabrator HPD). This rowth is a direct result of the existing USF sales and distribution network. I'm sure we'll see further consolidation where it makes operational sense and will result in improved efficiency and have a positive impact on the bottom line. Very bullish on USF's long terms prospects... Let the "one stop shop" continue to roll
