No. Although I appreciate that there is terrorism in Africa, there is no doubt that it is directed primarily at Israeli and secondly at US interests and not South African. In fact, the SA government has an excellent relationship with all "terrorist" countries and that includes Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia etc etc.
