McKinley's own surveys of large companies show that corporate IT spending will remain flat -- or even decline by perhaps 2% -- in 2003. I think e-commerce is going to have another ramp as soon as amzn's xmas figures get published. Most brick and mortar storefronts have a ways to go to really ramp, lots of companies aren't even online still.
