Lawrence will be in even before the completion of the sale of these two units. Why wait when nobody knows when these units would be sold. It could take months. He's got a big job ahead of him. It looks like the board is giving him a free hand. He's been appointed as president, CEO and chairman. I'm sure he's getting a sizable stock option. I hope he's worth what their paying him. Also the chart is looking better. I hope this continues.
