Pices, And your post is likely overstating to some extent. Looks like the sales may be related to exercise of options, i.e. need the cash to fork over to pay for the option price to DELL, so they sell a portion of the shares to be exercised to cover the total purchase. A very common practice and the odd ball amounts tend to comfirm. Also interesting to note the prices ~ $120/shr.

This is not to say DELL is not way ahead of itself! -vbg-
