LOL. Pardon me, but your lack of mental hygiene is showing. How much more pathetic can you get? 1) You can't rebut the fact that the jury did award Ampex $8M. 2) You can't rebut the fact that the judge did overturn the jury verdict in favor of Mitsubishi. By the way, this was the point of citing Ampex vs Mitsubishi and Odetics vs Storagetek to Ricky to show what can happen after the jury verdict. 3) You can't rebut the fact that Ampex and Mitsubishi did end up settling this case and the other case that was bifurcated from the original patent action. Instead you decide to lose yourself in the minutiae of the CAFC ruling to show how the law is somehow beyond the reach of the layman. Oh let me guess, you thought that I cited the two cases to Ricky so he would take my word for it instead of using any search engine to look at the cases for himself. LOL. Slowly but surely, you're proceeding down the same path of madness that Bux/Once followed before he finally decided to stop posting more than 100x a day on the RB board. The animus in his attitude was perhaps the most telling sign. Good luck, fool.
