Bosco and Zeev, My sentiments exactly. I filed my complaint today and feel that every individual who is an investor in EXSO and even those who aren't,but are aware of the circumstances,ought to be outraged at this raping of the company by a bunch of unscrupulous bandits who are making fortunes off the backs of honest investors....I would urge every concerned investor to file a complaint as soon as possible with the SEC!!! Even if collusion or other SEC violations can't be proven in this case,these "floorless" structured convertable debentures should be outlawed. They open the door to various illegal acts which are extremely hard to prove in court. They also allow(legally)the horrific dilution of a company's stock,for the debenture holders enrichment,at the expense of small individual investors....Here is the url again for the SEC complaint form sec.gov .....Everyone PLEASE fill out and file one of these forms....Best regards, Mike
