. And as today showed , it wasn't bullish at all. So there.... Futures were up 5 yesterday and immediately dumped the minute the Snow appointment was made. Snow's background is exactly like O'Neill's (or maybe even WORSE since he is from railroads/coal transportation and has a spotty record at that). WS was looking for another Rubin or a Gerstner or Schwab or someone of that caliber. Forbes and other biz publications covered Snow very cautiously today (or in some cases downright negative).
