Is this really what the courts think nowadays? I thought message board posts were not held to the same standard. If the people who truly libel me daily had any money, I could seu them and get rich ;-)

I agree with shell. I regret being nonanonymous also. If I'd known the stock boards on the internet would turn into this, I think I would have just used an alias.
